Nonviolent Communication

Friday, October 6 | 10:00 am – 10:50 am | Providence 3

Do you find yourself feeling frustrated about not getting what you want, especially around money, or anxious about the future? Come to this presentation to learn about Nonviolent Communication, based on the book by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, and how you can define, ask and get your needs met. These needs can include appreciation, connection, and security.

Nonviolent communication is a simple yet transformative process that can increase well-being. It involves engaging with others intending to establish a quality of connection that can lead to everyone’s needs being peacefully met.
