About

I deliver Financial Coaching focused on aligning Money Psychology, Behaviors and Finances to help my clients build successful money habits. My practice approach combines financial tools with psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing exercises. Programs are coaching, not diagnostic. My client focus is on professional women and couples who believe money self-care is as important as mental and physical health care. You are ready to build your money confidence or tackle your overshopping. You might be in debt, want to save, not communicating well as a couple or just need a thought partner. In addition to +20 years in financial services on Wall St. and several other countries, I trained with Psychotherapist Olivia Mellan, money psychology pioneer, critically acclaimed author and Oprah guest. I also worked under the clinical supervision of Psychologist Dr. April Benson, a compulsive shopping specialist. I bought her business in 2020. The compulsive shopping program I own and use is proven in a third-party study and rated as one of the best in the world. After working in financial services for 30 years, I KNOW women are absolutely capable of making good money decisions. We have systemic social myths and norms that lead us to think otherwise, and because these are passed down by generation just like old family recipes and stories, we are not able to easily change them as a society. I am committed to helping women see their own abilities, break through these myths, and feel confident in their money decisions.
