About

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Los Angeles, CA, and can provide teletherapy to residents throughout the states of California, Illinois and Missouri.

I came to financial therapy because I repeatedly noticed financial issues in my clients who were dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma. Examining money relationships can be a powerful part of understanding and healing, whether the financial issues came first, or as a symptom of the presenting problems.

I work from a collaborative, solution-focused, forward-looking stance in order to help you reach the goals you bring to therapy. Early on, I hope to be able to give you tools that can help with the immediate symptoms of anxiety or depression that have you searching for relief. We can then work together to find the path to your fullest and most rewarding life.

My typical client is between 17 and 50, who is navigating anxiety and has a history of trauma; however I work with a range of mental health issues to increase well-being. Feel free to reach out and if I’m not the right fit for you, I’m happy to provide referrals.

Some of the mental health services I provide include:
Psychotherapy
Financial Therapy
Couples Counseling
EMDR
Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD
Prolonged Exposure for PTSD
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia
