About

Financial Therapy can enable you to manage your money more effectively, navigate money conflicts with loved ones, and decrease financial anxiety. We can explore your beliefs, values and emotions about money and the experiences and events that may be influencing your money behaviors.
In my office you will enjoy a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Together we can develop and work a plan that supports your personal goals, values and abilities to create the sustainable financial life you want.

My background includes Clinical Counseling with civilians and active duty military, Business Coaching, Fortune 100 financial experience, and the working world of career and transition. As a Financial Therapist and Behavioral Advisor I work with:

1 - Business owners who want to understand and/or change their relationship with money.
2 - Couples whose financial discussions create conflict without resolution.
3 - Financially supported millennial adults who want to work toward financial autonomy.
4 - Professionals with security clearances under review/denied due to debt or spending habits.
5 - Individuals who want to spend less and save more of what they earn.

Inquiry calls are always welcome to answer questions and ensure that you or your loved one is comfortable. It is important to be understood, respected and supported when facing challenging circumstances. I offer flexible in-person hours and remote video conferencing for your convenience.
