About

Tammy Shweiger is a Mindful Money Coach in private practice, meeting with individuals and couples to provide financial wellness services. She takes a holistic approach to her work, bringing the mindfulness of yoga and personal finance together. Tammy helps people understand their underlying patterns and behaviors around money so they can remove financial blocks and fill knowledge gaps. Her work addresses a variety of issues such as women’s financial health, emotional money obstacles, generational money trauma, finding joy in finances, and neuroeconomics.

Tammy also provides financial education workshops in the private and public sectors. With a B.S. and an M.S. in accounting, as well as her CPA®, Tammy began her professional career as an auditor, eventually transitioning into corporate accounting.

After a decade in the field, Tammy left the profession in search of her true passion and purpose. Tammy became a registered yoga and meditation teacher, as well as Certified Money Coach (CMC)®. Based in Connecticut, where she lives with her husband and rescue dog Oliver, she works with individuals and institutions around the country.
