Financial therapist and psychotherapist with international experience. I work primarily as a psychotherapist, helping people understand and overcome their emotional blocks related to money.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Psychology from University of Pennsylvania, a four year PostGrad Diploma in Psychotherapy and an MBA from London Business School (top ranking MBA programme in Europe).
I have lived in nine different countries across three continents, and worked in both the private and public sectors, including the NHS. This experience has enriched me with exposure to a wide range of cultures and challenges.
My experience also reflects a diverse client base. I have worked with people from the financial services, public sector, and creative professions. I have helped clients struggling with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, depression, trauma.
As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself, what you are struggling with and help you find a way to change and live a more fulfilling and satisfying life. Based in the psychoanalytic tradition, this kind of psychotherapy looks at how the problem you are facing today is linked to your past experiences; it explores what unconscious processes lay behind your present challenges and helps you understand and overcome it.
